Yes. Housecall Pro is a built-in connection, switched on from the Integrations page of your OnCrew dashboard. It needs a Housecall Pro MAX plan, because Housecall Pro offers API keys on MAX only. After every real call, OnCrew finds the customer in Housecall Pro by phone number or creates one, then opens a lead tagged OnCrew with the call summary, callback number, service address, job type and a link to the recording and transcript in its notes. OnCrew still answers your calls day or night in your company's name, sorts emergencies from routine requests, and texts and emails you after every call.

One Full-access API key. A Housecall Pro admin generates it in Housecall Pro under My Apps, then All Apps, then API Key Management, and you paste it into the Integrations page of your OnCrew dashboard. OnCrew checks the key with Housecall Pro before saving it. API keys are a Housecall Pro MAX feature, so the connection needs a MAX plan. You can disconnect from the same page at any time.

A customer and a lead. OnCrew finds the customer by the caller's phone number, or creates one with Housecall Pro's customer notifications turned off, so Housecall Pro never texts or emails the caller because of OnCrew. It then opens one lead per call, tagged OnCrew, and Urgent when the call was flagged urgent, with lead source OnCrew. The lead's notes carry the call summary, callback number, service address, job type and a link to the recording and transcript, and the lead's address is filled in when the caller gave a full street address. Test calls, spam, hang-ups and outbound calls are not sent.

The built-in connection needs Housecall Pro MAX, because that is the plan with API access. On Basic or Essentials, the webhook export still reaches Housecall Pro: OnCrew sends every real call as one JSON record to a Zapier or Make workflow that creates the customer and job in Housecall Pro, and our team sets that up with you.

No. OnCrew opens the lead and stops there. It does not read anything else in your Housecall Pro account and never schedules, dispatches, prices or assigns work. Your office converts the lead into an estimate or a job, sets the arrival time and the price, and decides who goes out.

OnCrew has three plans: Starter at $49 per month for 100 calls, Pro at $149 per month for 400 calls, and Multi-Truck at $349 per month for 1,000 calls. Calls beyond your plan are $0.99 each. The Housecall Pro connection and the webhook export are included on every plan. There are no per-minute fees and no holiday surcharges. The MAX plan is Housecall Pro's own requirement for API access, billed by Housecall Pro.

Jobber and ServiceTitan get every real call through the webhook export, which you connect yourself with their Zapier apps or our team sets up with you. QuickBooks is not integrated. Google Calendar connects from the same Integrations page, and email and text alerts are live on every plan.
